The Lex and Verum
For years, the National Association of Workers' Compensation Judiciary produced a monthly newsletter, the Lex and Verum. David Langham did all of the layout work for the 117 editions available here. The PDF version was sunsetted in May 2019, and it is unknown if archival copies of the monthly, and later quarterly, publications thereafter exist. The issues linked on this page in 2016 through 2019 were contributed to significantly and proofed by Hon. Luann Haley (AZ, Ret.) who chaired the NAWCJ committee in that period. All of the issues here were contributed to significantly and proofed by Hon. Dave Torrey (PA, Ret.). Their contributions and efforts were unparalleled, and the support of the NAWCJ Officers and Board was unwavering. A topical index of these issues will be posted here soon
